Ersel Aydınlı is a professor in the department of International Relations at Bilkent University, expert political consultant and public sector executive. He serves as an Advisory Board member at our firm.

Ersel possesses a prolific academic background, combined with sectoral knowledge from years of public service in crucial bodies of government. As a key opinion leader on a multitude of political and public sector related fields, he has helped shape and refine government organizations and legislation. He currently is the Executive Director of the Turkish Fulbright Commission, the largest and most prestigious foreign scholarship program worldwide.

As a pioneer in the field of International Relations, he advises our firm on all government, public policy and regulatory issues. With key insights and years of hard earned experience under his belt, he allows are clients to maneuver the legislative and bureaucratic pitfalls that can surface in the process of doing business in Turkey.

Ersel graduated from Gazi University’s Faculty of Economics with a degree in International Relations, continuing to complete an MA in International Relations from the George Washington University, PhD in Political Science from McGill University, and post-doctorate from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
